- Daily contact with customer and Oversea Head Office, process orders,coordinate internally and shipping, follow up delivery schedule and payment.
- Maintain good relationship with customers and solve problems with less supervision from manager/asst.manager.Coordinate with company related staff for all related matters to accomplish the sale activities.
- Prepare shipping documents and other sales related activity reports (i.e: PO/Tax Invoice,etc)
- Sales support in back office as assigned.
- Bachalor's degree in any field
- Have work experience to work in industrial, warehouse
- Able to work in Chonburi area.
- Good computer literacy. - Excellent verbal and communication skill.
- Excellent customer care and focus;ability to assess customer needs and provide correct answer,path,troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
