Media Planner

Interpret communications/media strategy and translate into communication planning and activation action steps.
- Proactive in researching and identifying valuable information/insights to improve media product.
- Understand all proprietary research tools/processes and apply learning during
communication planning.
- Identify consumer insight opportunities that can be translated into innovation and creativity in media/communication plans.
- Analyze competitive reviews of assigned brands and share insights with clients.
- Prepare and present communication plans to clients in a confident manner.
- Demonstrate basic management skills.

Media Planning Manager

- Generates media insights using various data sources and crafts strategic POV based on data for internal and client audiences around media, brands, consumers and experiences.
- Establish effective working relationships with all parties and act as first line of issue escalation; manage the resolution of issues as they arise (pre and post live) such as discrepancy between reporting systems and creative malfunctions.
- Work with Planner to ensure accurate and timely invoicing (e.g. regular review of unbilled reports, resolve unbilled cases with Finance).
- Display competency in using advanced functions in each tool.
- Able to tap into proprietary consumer insight applications or alternative sources for more in-depth analysis.
- Proficient in using agency's planning approach/tools/apps (e.g. Catalyst / Tardiis APAC / EDJ).
- Participate in pitches and awards submission.
- Demonstrate appropriate behaviors to uphold the company's image, reputation and credentials.


Media Planner

- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2-5 years of work experience will be advantage.
- Adaptive and keen to learn media
- Familiar with the timelines, processes and needs of the implementation of all media
- Knowledgeable about new approaches and developments in digital (social and mobile included)
- Ability to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure
- Problem solving abilities
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Project/process management orientation
- Strong learning orientation
– leans in to new opportunities and willing to challenge status quo
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Word as well as other equivalent programs
- English proficiency

Media Planning Manager

- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years media planning experience required
- Knowledgeable about and experienced with the concepts, approaches and issues involved in integrated planning
- Adaptive and keen to learn on the digital ecosystem
- Familiar with the timelines, processes and needs of the implementation of all media
- Knowledgeable about new approaches to and developments in digital tactical planning (social and mobile included)
- Integrates understanding into the work to make decisions on the business.
- Filters and adapts the different options and applies good judgment combined with hard facts to select which ideas will produce the best results.
- Understands what the client's business needs by understanding the history of the brand and what the client wants it to stand for. Understands the client's strategic intent and the implications for building the client's business.
