Job Description

Performance Manager 

The Performance specialist participates in the planning, review and optimization of paid social campaigns including reporting and managing specific accounts.
- Support the paid social campaign against client's key performance indicators.
- Drive effective client services and client relationships with accurate and timely performance communication.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key paid social partners to nurture performance growth.
- Review and manage client data to ensure optimal performance on all campaigns.
- Liaise with other channels.
- Builds strong relationships across client services team and with client.

Performance Group Head

Paid Media Strategy
- Act as the strategic lead for paid media accounts and also drive the integration of paid media channels including search, social and display with other media channels including organic search and above the line communication strategies.
- Work closely with Client Leadership to deliver paid media strategy and activation that delivers on our clients challenges and objectives.

Client Management
- Own the relationship with client stakeholders to actively service client requests as they arise, with diligence and professionalism.
- Work closely with the Client Leadership team to lead our clients in terms of digital strategy and innovation.
- Escalate issues and risks including budget and KPI variances, challenges to deliver to internal or external expectations and deadlines.
- Actively identify opportunities for our clients and provide consulting focus with a lens on profitability.

Leadership and Management
- Identify and problem solve talent gaps and skill gaps in the team.
- Manage workload and workload distribution for the team.
- Ensure accurate billing, looking to maximise revenue and profit.
- Support in training and help the team develop critical thinking and technical expertise.

Planning & Forecasting
- Take briefs and use market research to help define KPIs and strategy for paid search and paid social campaigns.
- Clearly articulate the role of channels and media for our clients.
- Deliver integrated performance planning & measurement.

Media Activation & Optimisation
- Accountable for the delivery of media campaigns, to strategy, plan, KPIs and budget.
- Lead the team to adopt and adapt to new and emerging technologies, methodologies, features and opportunities to proactively drive innovation and success for our clients.

Reporting & Analysis
- Proactively help the team derive actionable insight from performance data.
- Craft compelling narratives and clear strategic actions to drive performance success grounded in causal and consumer behaviour insights.

Product Development
- Contribute to operational process to ensure the smooth delivery of paid media.
- Test and deploy new technologies, suppliers, formats and strategies.


Performance Manager 

- Minimum 3 years of performance marketing field
- Knowledge and understanding of the basic in performance marketing
- Ability and experience in using all paid social media platforms
- Experience and ability to perform data analysis skills and strong Excel skills
- Experience with Facebook editor, Google AdWords or Social Biddable platform
- Excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and written
- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation

Performance Group Head

- Minimum 3 years paid search or paid media experience either agency or client side.
- Experience managing complex paid media accounts across different categories and verticals.
- Understand the communications planning process and channel marketing mix, including the application of attribution and econometric modelling.
- Confident and articulate presenter, with the ability to present to clients and internal agency teams.
- Exhibit a passion for digital with understanding of paid search, social, SEO, mobile, display and affiliate marketing.
- Strongly numerate and comfortable manipulating data.
- Good communicator, comfortable with showing what data means and how we can take action based upon it.
- Work collaboratively as part of the team
